If for some reason an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. If it is found that we are at fault for the damage incurred during shipping we will work with you to correct the situation. You have ten days after Delivery of the package to contact us about such problems. After that time no refunds will be given.
In order to get a refund we must have visible proof of damage. Acceptable forms of evidence needed in order to provide a refund or replacement are: 1 . Email digital photographs of the damaged item, with the damage clearly shown. Also, include images of the packaging if it arrived in bad condition. Images may be sent to email@example.com . 2 . Mail photographs of the damage and packaging to 908 Cedar St Mamou, La 70554. 3 . Return the item to Cajun Cast Iron. Include an explanation of the problem if it is not easily noticeable. The item will be reviewed for damage and defects. If it is found that the item is indeed damaged or defected, a refund or replacement will be issued.
Typically replacement orders are shipped out within 48 hours of proof having been submitted. Items shipped by freight truck may take longer.

For all other reasons no refunds will be given out, and in no situation will shipping be refunded.
Cajun Cast Iron does not offer warranties on the products sold through our web site; however, many of the brands available on our site do come with warranties backed by the manufacturers' of the products. All returned orders and cancelled orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. These terms are subject to change without notice.
