If for some reason an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. If it is found that we are at fault for the damage incurred during shipping we will work with you to correct the situation. You have ten days after Delivery of the package to contact us about such problems. After that time no refunds will be given.
In order to get a refund we must have visible proof of damage. Acceptable forms of evidence needed in order to provide a refund or replacement are email digital photographs of the damaged item, with the damage clearly shown. Also, include images of the packaging if it arrived in bad condition. Images may be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org . Typically replacement orders are shipped out within 48 hours of proof having been received. Items shipped by freight truck may take longer.

For all other reasons no refunds will be given. In no situation will shipping be refunded. Cajun Cast Iron does not offer warranties on the products sold through our web site; however, many of the brands available on our site do come with warranties backed by the manufacturers' of the products.
